1- If you can do not try to think about loosing weight. Just get active.
Do not get compulsive about what you eat and how many calories.
2- Eat healthy and eat organic. If you get healthy and eat healthy you WILL get rid of that extra fat cells.
3- Pick up a hobby where you use your hands. Example is gardening. While you are gardening you are automatically burning calories and if you intake is less than what you burn...well that is when you are losing fat.
4- Picture yourself inshape. Visualization is the key to obtaining your goals. Visualize your self being trim and fit.
5- Gain muscle. Did you know that when you gain muscle you burn off more calories? Did you know that with more muscle mass you are denser and on the scale you weight more? Yes it is true! Get muscle and throw away that scale.
6- Again throw away that scale. Judge your weight on how you feel not on what the scale says. THROW IT AWAY!
